The loss of Lady was hard for me I cried for two days and think of her daily. But with the help of City line veterinary center and quad city pet cremation made it a lot easier they treated me and lady with respect, It was know different than the respect you receive losing a human. My beautiful Mr. Macchi passed away suddenly. I called QC Pet Cremation and Mark was amazing. He explained everything to us. My son and I picked up Mr. Macchi today. They put him in a beautiful sealed wood box and the keepsakes with Macchis picture are wonderful. We even received a few of Macchis paw prints. Mark has shown so much compassion, I am truly grateful. Thank you for a great experience during an incredibly difficult time.

Me and my Mom's Fur baby passed away not too long ago and QCPC immediately were kind and caring to me and my Mom, We really needed the kindness, My mom especially since our fur baby was mostly my Mom's. Thank you to QCPC for making Me and my Mom's grief alittle less painful. They gave us a few paw prints and a candel with the picture we sent in. Too Anyone else who lost a furbaby who is reading this, It's gonna be ok, Don't listen too other people who disregard your feelings of grief, Those kinds of people don't feel true emotions or true love and they may never feel those true feelings. So don't listen to horrible heartless people because at the end of the day that pet wasn't a pet they were your best friend, baby, world's best snuggler, And lastly they were always there for you. And remember getting another fur baby after one passed away isn't replacing its just finding another baby to share your love too. Once Again thank you QCPC for making me and my Mom's grief easier, And thank you for honering our fur baby and our other fur babies like the way they deserve.

I had the best service with Mark. This was a hard time and had last minute hurdles with my vet and Mark was there through it all. He saw I had 3 children and made sure they had their own paw print. Before during and after the loss of a dearly loved fur family member. Highly recommended.

We lost are baby girl Ellie Mae while out on the road my hubby is a trucker so we had no idea where to go in area. We just knew we wanted her to be cremated so she could still be with us we were told about this place through one of the local vets and when we called everyone was so nice. We mainly were helped by Mark who is very caring and compassionate he helped me thru the whole process step by step he went above and beyond I can't speak highly enough of quad city and Mark. Quad Cities Pet Cremation is unmatched. They’re so incredibly compassionate and take very good care of your pets. They’ve cremated 2 of my foster animals and also one of my personal pets. They cover all the bases when it comes to memorializing your pet.

We have used the services of QC Pet Cremations several times over the years, & were in need of them once again last week when we lost our boy, Jax "Jacky". In our sadness, we felt safe in turning our beloved boy into the care of Mark & staff. We know from past experience of his kindness, caring, & compassion for us, the grieving pet parents, but also his gentleness in handling our furkids. I would highly recommend you to put your beloved pets in their care. I felt so lost when I lost my Skidder, she wasn't just a cat to me, she was my my baby. She was almost 16 and a half. To lose her was devastating to me. They were compassionate and caring. They assured me that they would take care of her until they returned her remains back to me. And when they did I was overwhelmed by Mark's sweetness, compassion, and understanding ❤. I want to thank Mark,and Donnie for making a heart wrenching time more bearable .

They took care of my little Thunder from start to finish. Explained to me how the process would work. Doug, and Mark we very sympathetic with my loss of my little guy. Process is very reasonable and quick. They will pick up your furry baby from your vet or they will do the services if your baby passed at home. I highly recommend. Michelle and Ron made the passing of my cat so much more tolerable. The cremation was private, affordable and we got a beautiful candle and foot print that we will keep forever. I highly recommend their services because they treated my pet’s passing like a human being’s. They deserve a special place in heaven.

I want to thank everyone at Quad Cities Pet Cremation for their kindness, compassion and professionalism when we lost our Zeus. Although his death was somewhat expected, I found myself unprepared for the reality of it. I called the crematory and Michelle handled everything for me including his transport. They placed Zeus in a beautiful urn and gave us a memory candle with his picture on it. As owners of Posh Pet Resorts here in the Quad Cities, we understand how precious pets are. We lost our best friend on Saturday. QCPC came and picked him up from the RI Animal Hospital. They are all wonderful and compassionate! Our dog’s ashes were back with us on Tuesday. A clay paw print was made and a note letting us know they were thinking of us was so nice. Awesome Service and People!

I would highly recommend this company for cremation of your beloved pet. When I was going through a very difficult time after losing Lucky; they were compassionate, understanding and very affordable. I sat with them when I returned to get her ashes and the emotions we shared together were so real that they had tears in their eyes when talking about my dog that they’d never met! Thank you for having such a service. You are truly a blessing to all the animal lovers out there.

On Sept 4th 2023 our family cat Mogley of 16 years passed away in his sleep. The amazing staff at Quad Cities Pet Cremation did an amazing job at helping us during this difficult time. They didn't hesitate, were kind, understanding and gentle. They presented Mogley to us in a very beautiful manner and explained everything to us. They made us feel like our pet was even important to them even though they had only met him in his passing. Everyone in our family would like to give a big special thank you to the staff. The thought put into the items provided after cremation makes it a little easier to accept the loss of our sweet Willy knowing that we have items to remember him by. Mark is great at providing just the right amount of support needed to begin to get through this part of a pet’s death. We are very thankful for the care they gave Willy once his life was over. Update: Unfortunately another of our pets passed about a year after Willy. Once again, amazing care was given by QC Pet Cremation and Mark! The items they provide at the time of pick up are so kind.

Losing a pet... a member or your family is never easy, but QC Pet Cremation made it the best experience it could have possibly been. They are caring, supportive and explained everything i needed them to. They put together a wonderful cremation package that is a great memorial to your pet and is also very affordable. I have used other pet cremation companies in the area and this was by far the best experience I have had to date. We appreciated the quick turn around just before the holidays and would have happily given a five star review because they were very nice and caring. However they FORGOT to do the paw print of all things and we are deeply saddened by it. A forgotten candle can be replaced. A paw print? Never. He is gone now and my hope of framing his paw print and placing it by his ashes is for naught. It is hard enough losing your much beloved furry family member and just before Christmas. I will forever recommend people grab a stamp pad and do their own paw prints. Yes, this supposedly hasn’t happened in many years but that DOES NOT make a difference to us I’m afraid.

QCPC did the cremation for my sister's dog, the staff was very helpful, caring, and kind. You definitely get what you pay for, urn, paw print(when able), a memorial on the website, and the security knowing your pet is being cared for by people who genuinely care. I highly recommend them to anyone who is needing to take care of a pet, pets are part of our family, why not take care of them after they pass like family.
